Amazing staff! I am so happy I sent my great-grandmother to this facility because it is close by my house and she is in a warm friendly safe environment with all her conditions. The Mystic Meadows rehab staff is really the best and I know she’s in good hands! I was admitted to Mystic Meadows on my birthday and it was the best gift! I had mixed emotions about leaving – I have no complaints and everyone was super nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!!!

Mystic Meadows is a great facility! Loved Mike, Michelle and Macie – they are fabulous! We smiled and laughed so much they made my stay so much better. The nurses are so nice. I loved the food… the meatloaf is “the bomb”. I also enjoyed the ziti with meatballs and broccoli.

I have been a resident at Mystic Meadows for 2 months, and I have experienced good care, excellent physical therapy, and cleanliness in the facility. I recommend this facility to anyone who is considering it.

There are good rehab centers and bad. Mystic Meadows is neither. It is excellent! It’s not simply the facility; it’s the entire staff. They are caring and concerned with the highest regard for the well-being of their patients. Excellent communication with families of residents. They have kept my dear friend safe during this pandemic, a true miracle. I am deeply grateful.

My mom started coming here for respite and enjoyed the “mini” vacation away from home – enjoying the staff and food. Now, she is a permanent resident needing lots of care. I cannot thank the staff enough, from the nurses to the admins, maintenance, kitchen, and mostly to Daphne and Sarah, my mom’s wonderful aides. I can go to sleep at night knowing you are caring for my mom and she is in the best hands. I love you both from the bottom of our hearts💕. I would give you a million stars if I could!!

My experience at Mystic Meadows was wonderful. I broke my ankle and could not stand on it. They were there every step of the way. The staff was wonderful they were kind and caring. They always had time to say hello and a word of encouragement. The rooms were clean. I even made a few friends. The office staff and recreation were great. I don’t have enough words to say how great it was. The PT staff was kind and understanding of your situation.


I will never forget the kindness and dedication of the staff from the kitchen, cleaning crew, office staff, nurse, CNA. Special shoutout for such good care, CNA Sara, CNA Patty, nurses Lynn and Jennifer, and Administrator Michael.

This small facility is one of the better rehab facilities in the area. It’s beautiful and cozy. The management staff are attentive and willing to go that extra mile. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for short-term rehab or long-term care.

My aunt was a resident at Mystic Meadows for over a year and a half. Michael, the Director of the facility, was able to accommodate her on very short notice. She was very well cared for while she was there. The staff, especially Ruth, went above and beyond to make my aunt feel safe and loved. Thank you Mystic Meadows for everything you did for my aunt. The smile on her face when I visited said it all.

My parents have been residents here for over 5 months.


The care and love they receive from the administration and staff is such a blessing to me. I have peace of mind knowing I have chosen the best facility in South Jersey. The support my parents receive there is more than I can imagine. I’m so grateful.
